Achieve the Look You Want
Whether you bring in a picture or have a particular goal in mind, our hair Stylist's can help you achieve the look you want and in a way that's right for you. Our Stylist's undertake regular inhouse technical training from our Style Director to keep them up to date on the hottest trends and latest styles.

Customisation
Each time you visit your Stylist, your session will be customised just for you. Whether you're looking for first-time colour, trying a new look or going for regular maintenance, our stylists will personalise your visit according to your unique needs.

Develop a Relationship
A good rapport with your Stylist can only lead to a great haircut for you. After a short time, your stylist will soon get to know you, your hair and your style. Like all top stylists, our Stylist's are interested in how you want to look, not how they think you should look.

Free Roam Policy
At Hay's all our Stylists happily promote our Free Roam Policy. We realise that you might want a change or to try the different skills of another Stylist - so please feel free to book whichever Stylist you prefer.
